What better way to spend the last days before school than lazing down the Delaware River in an inner tube? A group of ten of us went tubing down the Delaware River and enjoyed a sunny but cool day having fun in the sun. Not to be missed halfway down our 2 hour journey was the Hot Dog man. It’s included if you pay for it before entering the water. We got to swim in the water as we pleased and we also got to float over some small rapids. If you are under 12 years old then you have to wear a life vest, but if you are 13 or older then you just have to bring one with you, but it was of course recommend to wear it anyway. You can use the life vests to tie onto other tubes to float alongside your friend in separate tubes. The famous hot dog man was very cool because the store floated in the water and you had to go up to order your lunch. There were a lot of wasps following us at the tables in the water to get our food. Tubing down the Delaware was a nice relaxing and fun way to spend one of the last days of summer with friends.
