Hey guys, it’s Hye Sung. I know it seems like I disappeared for a bit after writing my first two blogs on here, but no worries, I am still here. I was actually away for 10 days in Southern California, visiting friends and attending a sleep away camp.

I have been really busy since I got back, so I haven’t really been able to update, but I promise you, an entry will come soon. I have a lot to say this time, and I won’t be blabbering on and on about food again. Okay, I might, but you can handle it.

While I am here I guess I should just say that Southern Cali is pretty cool. I didn’t get to go down to San Diego, but I was in LA (all over the place) and in the San Bernadino Mountains for camp.

I will show you some pictures from One Heart Camp

The last day. This is my friend Sarah. She watches reruns of the X-Files and Seinfeld, loves theatre and likes to lie down in the grass in her backyard and stare at the sky.

(I only know these things cause she mentioned it on her facebook…)

In summary, California is cool. More to come

As you may know Disney World is one of the most family friendly vacation spots. There are several different sections of the whole theme park that you can visit. These include Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Typhoon Lagoon, Animal Kingdom, Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and Blizzard Beach. Each section has many activities for all ages and will never leave you bored!

You may have heard this but one of Disney’s newest attractions located in the Hollywood Studios section of the park, American Idol Experience, gives you the chance to watch, perform, and vote for your favortie singers! Guests who are 14 or older are able to audition to sing that day. It is a great opportunity for teens who have a calling for singing to get up on the stage and experience what it is like to feel the rush of being onstage.

The attraction features a number of preliminary shows each day, with one finals show in the evening. At each preliminary show, guests perform before a live audience inside the attraction’s main theater, designed to resemble the television show’s stage. Using electronic keypads at their seats, the audience will then vote for their favorite singer, who will return for the final show of the day. Each day’s final winner will receive a “Dream Ticket” that will allow him or her to bypass the venue at one of the regional American Idol auditions for the television show, provided he or she meets the show’s age and residency requirements. If the winner is not eligible, he or she will be allowed to transfer the “Dream Ticket” to another person, or save the ticket until the age limit is met.

So if you happen to visit Disney Worlds Hollywood Studios anytime soon, check out the American Idol Experience!
